- Our massage area is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Book your treatment at the reception of your spa hotel in Jena by emailing wellness@no-spam.fairhotel.no-spam.de or calling +49 3641 767710.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment, dressed in a bathrobe, and wait in the designated waiting area. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the guest after you.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, 80% of the full amount will be charged.
- All massage and treatment durations include relaxation time after the treatment.
